About Me

Hey there! I’m Jani Gema, and I’m thrilled to be your go-to life coach. You might notice a blend of experiences on my journey, from diving into the world of human resources to exploring the depths of pastoral counselling. Let me share why this unique combination makes me the perfect coach for you.

Starting with a strong academic foundation in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations, I continued to explore the human psyche with a specialisation in Pastoral Counselling. My studies and practical experience have equipped me with a keen understanding of human behaviour, motivation, and the power of compassion.

Now, you might be wondering, how do these seemingly different paths come together to make me the ideal life coach for you? Let me explain.

In my roles, I've gained valuable insights into what makes people thrive, excel, and grow. I’ve honed my skills in understanding individual strengths, fostering positive environments, and helping people unlock their full potential. This hands-on experience has shaped my approach to coaching, allowing me to guide you with empathy, understanding, and actionable insights.

My journey into pastoral counselling has added a deeper layer to my coaching style. Through practical counselling hours at esteemed institutions, I've learned the art of listening, empathising, and supporting individuals as they navigate through life’s challenges.

So, why choose me as your life coach?

Because I bring a holistic approach to coaching that combines the analytical mindset of an HR professional with the compassionate heart of a pastoral counsellor. I believe in the power of listening, asking the right questions, and working collaboratively to create a tailored action plan that aligns with your unique goals, values, and aspirations.

Whether you’re at a career crossroads, seeking personal growth, or striving to find balance and fulfilment in your life, I’m here to support, guide, and cheer you on every step of the way.
